I follow all the steps and watched many videos. I have worms for just over a year, I shower twice a day, clean everything in house once every week, I change bedding twice a week, I eat many foods like chillies, garlic and carrots, I clean my hands all the time after using toilet and before eating food, I never bite my nails, I take medicine from doctor like albendozole and menbendezole. I still have the threadworms now after all this really bad stomach pains and itching at night I will get 4 hours sleep if I am lucky but only usually get 2-3 hours sleep. I realise now that I am probably going to have to live like this from now on which is sad. Do you or anyone else have any other suggestions it would be greatly appreciated.

I can manage the nutcracker condition if I do not eat any factory manufactured bread, or eat only a few slices of rye bread in three months. But if I fall off the bread wagon it takes a while to calm down after I stopped eating bread. The odd cookie is fine, but bread is my trigger.
